Briardale Remodel

The Briardale Remodel was envisioned as more than just an assisted living residence; it was designed to be a true home. We transformed a traditional space into a functional, accessible assisted living facility. The redesign focuses on openness, using an expanded entry to provide residents and staff with plenty of room to navigate comfortably. Our primary goal was to balance accessibility with an atmosphere of genuine warmth. Upon entering, the expanded foyer creates an immediate sense of openness, offering ample circulation space for both residents and the care team to move with ease.

 

For daily operations, a welcoming greeting room is positioned at the front for private family consultations, while a centrally located nurse station allows for efficient management and quick access to supplies. We integrated discreet, secure storage throughout the floor plan to keep medical equipment and supplies. Lastly, a large rear porch provides a calm outdoor retreat, essential for fresh air and relaxation.
