Castano Cove

Completed in late 2025, the Castano Cove ADU was designed with a singular vision: to create a modern, elegant sanctuary that adapts to the rhythm of family life. Defined by its striking contemporary lines and an expansive rooftop deck, the unit offers an "open-air" feel that blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor living.

The interior was intentionally designed for flexibility. During the holiday season, the unit transforms into a private suite for visiting family. On warmer days, the floor plan opens to serve as a modern pool house for birthday celebrations and weekend gatherings.

Beyond hosting, the space provides a quiet retreat for daily life.  It was considered to easily transform into a creative craft studio or to house exercise equipment for a small home gym. This adaptability was put to the test just in time for the New Year, where the rooftop deck provided the ultimate vantage point to watch the city’s firework celebration. Castano Cove isn't just an ADU; it is a timeless investment.
